We ended up finding a house rather quickly and because we were in a different state (military relocation), he went to the house and did a video call showing of the property, letting us know anything he saw that we might want to be mindful of. When it came to to negotiate the prices with the sellers, James offered his opinion as to what we should do but reassured us that he would act accordingly to whatever we wanted to do. Not only were we able to bring down the original price a bit, we got all of our closing costs covered and made money back in the process. This has been my first time buying a home and James made it as easy as it could have ever been. I would recommend James to any and everyone buying a home!
